Description
This elegant gala event starts at 7.30pm with a champagne and canapés reception before guests enjoy a sumptuous four course meal from 8.30pm created by Michelin chef Stuart Muir and his team. Then, from 10:30pm we take it up a gear with live entertainment from acclaimed Vegas and Rat Pack tribute act, Gavin Paul, who returns for a sixth year.
At midnight, we welcome the New Year with a glass of fizz and watching the famous Hogmanay fireworks from Edinburgh Castle on Cambridge Street, before returning to the warmth of the restaurant, where we continue the Hogmanay celebrations until 3am
