Hogmanay 2026/27 Gala Night

This elegant gala event starts at 7.30pm with a champagne and canapés reception before guests enjoy a sumptuous four course meal from 8.30pm created by Michelin chef Stuart Muir and his team. Then, from 10:30pm we take it up a gear with live entertainment from acclaimed Vegas and Rat Pack tribute act, Gavin Paul, who returns for an eighth year.

At midnight, we welcome the New Year with a glass of fizz and watching the famous Hogmanay fireworks from Edinburgh Castle on Cambridge Street, before returning to the warmth of the restaurant, where we continue the Hogmanay celebrations until 2:00am
