Tony Singh MBE is back by popular demand and will be hosting two exclusive ticket-only evenings on Monday 13th and Tuesday 14th May 2024.
This exclusive 'four hand dinner' sees famed Scottish chef Tony Singh collaborate with our very own Michelin starred Stuart Muir for a truly innovative menu of Scottish dishes where ‘East meets West’ each with their own unique twist.
This ticket-only evening starts at 7:00pm with a meet and greet by Tony & Stuart before dinner commences at 7:30pm when guests will be treated to a four-course meal.
Between courses there will be a gastronomic Q&A with the chefs where guests will also be invited to ask questions.
The evening finishes at 10:30pm with exclusive cocktails available until 11:00pm.
Tickets are limited and cost £59.00 per person.
